"We were renovating a small bathroom by ourselves and selected beautiful large format tiles for the shower. They are 3 ft x 3 ft Porcelain and were beyond our capability to install them. "I have a large walk-in shower. A water stain appeared on the ceiling below. I called Velasco and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He and his assistant took apart my old shower floor a few days later and found extensive leaking in the barrier underneath. They took the shower apart, replaced the stained marble pieces with new, relined underneath then retiled the floor and reinstalled the glass. I paid for parts with no markup. They were tidy and left no mess and the shower looks perfect! I would recommend them for any similar job. DBE"
