He was the only one of the three companies I received a quote from that was on time. He also seemed the most knowledgeable about gutters and provided the most useful information. Eddie also did a good job answering my follow-up questions and was patient with me as I was weighing options. It took me almost a month before deciding to sign the contract with Renewal Gutters. Most of the hesitancy came from me being a fairly new homeowner and never having to hire a contractor before. The process was new and a bit intimidating (not that Renewal Gutters made me feel that). After signing the contract, Dan called to schedule the work. He was very easy to work with and was able to schedule around a time that worked for both of us. He and his crew came out to the house to remove the old gutters and install new gutters while my husband and I were out of town. He also arrived at the time he said he would and finished that afternoon. We had come home that evening, and the gutters and downspouts just instantly looked so much better and were such a nice, fresh touch to the house. Eddie and I had discussed gutter guards early on, but I wasn't quite sure we needed them. When agreeing to the work, I had understood we were also getting the gutter guards. When I did not see them, I reached out to Eddie to confirm. It was explained that they were not part of the contract I signed. As common sense as it sounds, this was a good lesson to thoroughly understand the contract you sign and to understand the exact price and expectation of what goods/services you are getting and paying for. Dan reached out the next day and came and installed the gutter guards despite it not being part of the contract. He was very polite, courteous, and respectful. I feel like he went above and beyond since it was not part of the contract. He also tried reconnecting a piece of loose siding that he didn't have to."

"They were well booked in advance when I inquired about their services, but Ethan and Derek did a wonderful job cleaning out my gutters, re-screening my porch and replacing my storm door (and even pulling out weeds, changing my air filter because I hate the crawl space and avoid it if at all possible, and removing some of my old outdoor furniture as well). It took a little time to get them out here, but Ethan had told me this in advance so it was completely expected (just letting you know they book up quickly so get your inquiries in sooner rather than later). They were very friendly and had my projects completed in a very timely manner! I've dealt with many landscapers, handymen and home repair companies and, to be honest, I was frustrated and sure that I'd be let down again when I started making the latest round of calls to get projects done at my home. I was (and am) delighted by their prompt attention, customer service and general friendliness and willingness to help. Yes, they are being paid for the services, but there are plenty out there that expect with their hand out despite the result--this is not the type of service I received from My Old KY Home Repair. We discussed everything in advance and the quality of work and amiable character of the personnel was wonderful. I almost hate to give them a good review because I want them to be available for me at any moment--j/k. They've restored my faith in this profession. When I start my indoor home repair projects, I know who to call!"
