He helped with the design details, made suggestions when we were unsure, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home turned out great. He was in constant communication, sorted the inevitable hiccups, and gave us peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. He and his crew care about the work they're doing, which takes out so much stress from the project. Even our building staff commented that they were uncommonly great to work with. Honestly, though, the highest praise I can possibly give the team at Modo is the fact that I immediately re-hired them to spruce up our old apartment as we list it for sale. Scope: remove/add interior walls, install/stain new hardwood floors to match existing flooring, replace kitchen sinks/counters/backsplash, install appliances, outfit 6 custom closets, add built-in cabinets to living room, build custom mantel for fireplace, and repaint whole apt"

"Beristain Contracting were asked to install laminate flooring on our top floor in two large bedrooms, 4 dressing rooms and a landing, 900 sq feet altogether. Scope was removal of the old floor, some carpentry to repair/level the underfloor, installation of underlay and laminate flooring, remove rubbish. Job was quoted to take 2 weeks and was completed ahead of time. We left David with our house keys and he got on with the job without supervision. This is the third time David has done excellent work for us at a reasonable price with no problems at all. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. We are very happy with the result."
