He did a fantastic job, replacement of carpet with ceramic tiles about 800 sqft, took off the carpet , resurfaced the floor, nicely installed the tiles with proper alignment and spacing, grout, quarter round and paint. However, General American Services was VERY knowledgeable of the process. Richard (owner) quickly put us at ease. It was COMPLETELY STRESS FREE!!! He has definitely been around a while and has a superb work ethic. Throughout the process, he would come to check on the work being done and would correct the workers if he thought something was not up to par. We had cabinets removed, plumbing, electrical and cabinet installation. Richard checked all the work throughout the entire process. He and his workers truly went above and beyond.
