He did a fantastic job, replacement of carpet with ceramic tiles about 800 sqft, took off the carpet , resurfaced the floor, nicely installed the tiles with proper alignment and spacing, grout, quarter round and paint. He is very professional, on time and responsive person. I highly recommend him for flooring projects."

We initially had some bad apples (horrible contractors for drywall and painting) and were hesitant to place such a big job in one person's hand. However, General American Services was VERY knowledgeable of the process. Richard (owner) quickly put us at ease. It was COMPLETELY STRESS FREE!!! He has definitely been around a while and has a superb work ethic. Throughout the process, he would come to check on the work being done and would correct the workers if he thought something was not up to par. We had cabinets removed, plumbing, electrical and cabinet installation. Richard checked all the work throughout the entire process. He and his workers truly went above and beyond. We will definitely use General American Services again. A JOB WELL DONE!"

I had a flexing floor and cracking tile in a bathroom on the second floor of an older home, Clifford was able to level out the floor and replace the tile. Now it looks fantastic and I don't have to tread lightly on the tile anymore. He got the job done quickly and I was pleased with how affordable it was too.
