"Crew showed up and introduced themselves and reviewed the installation. Everything went smoothly, they even cleaned off the roof in areas where debris had gathered. Two of the nicest people that I have met in a very long time. Only thing they asked for the location of electrical outlet. After the job was finished everything was cleaned up and hauled off, not one piece of material or packaging was left. It was so hot that morning, offered something to drink and politely refused, but a little while later when the job was about finished they took the offer of something cold to drink. Both the gentlemen acted like it was a Christmas present when handed the drinks to them. The reason for all 5 stars work was of quality, great attitude and kindness for customer service, and value of money was well worth it. Expected to pay a lot more than the offered proposal. B & M Insulation is a family run business and J. has been a great person to deal with. First started communication just right at the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, J. understood and was polite in offering to wait 4 - 6 weeks before coming out for inspection, not like one company the sales person told me to call him back to remind him of the appointment which was 4 weeks out. After hanging up called the company back and cancelled the appointment, because if a sales person has to be called back to be reminded of an appointment what else would he forget besides not knowing that is what they make calendars for, or the company is making so much money they do not care for customer service and they have plenty of money. Call B & M Insulation first before any other company. With the people working for B & M Insulation they promote the company in applying examples of care and understanding and most of all kindness which is a rare thing that is often not given today and time."
