"The repairman was awesome & honest. That s rare these days. My refrigerator wasn t cooling so prior to his arrival to evaluate the problem I thoroughly cleaned the coils behind the fridge. He checked everything & told me I was very fortunate that the fridge was back to working properly. He said that usually the fridge compressor is damaged when it gets so dirty & overheats but because I promptly cleaned it I managed to save the compressor. He could have easily scammed me into buying a new compressor ($700) but was honest! He made sure everything registered in good working order (sensors, etc.) & only charged me the diagnostic fee & said if the fridge malfunctions again within 30 days he d come out again to fix it & would deduct the service I paid. My fridge is working ing great! Reliable & Honest company! I d highly recommend them!"
