Maxamus projects is the one that I definitely recommend you. Here are the reasons why I stated that. I have two rooms, the office room and the Kitchen both required Hardwood floor Installation. Type Brazilian Cherry, JATOBA Ebony color, (3.0” X ¼” X ¾”). (I provided the Hardwood floor material) The office room is 310.00 SQT requires a subfloor (3/4” Plywood) due to it‘s on the concrete slap, and the kitchen room is 110.00 SQT did not need a subfloor (3/4” Plywood) Max is the Manager, He provided me a quote, and I compared his quote with other contractors in Lancaster PA area. His quote was just about right and why I said that. 1/ He listed out all the materials and the price per each material very detail in order to complete the Installation and the labor rate charge such as: Remove / Install 4 sets of baseboard heater; Remove/ Cut / Re-install 8 doors……. For the material cost, you can use HD, Lowes, or any pluming liquidation stores as your reference. (Check the price per each material, and then compared the Materials cost from his quote) You will not see a difference, then you will be happy …. 2/ Max will work with you to accommodate all your needs for your project. 3/ Max and his team’s members are hardworking person. They started early between 7:00 AM & 7:30 AM and finish late in the evening between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM every day 4/ Max and His team members are honest and truthful. 5/ If you have reference to use your own materials. Max will use whatever the materials that you ordered (You believe better than standard). Max also explains to you: Pro and Con, What are the materials should be used and should not, and if you want to validate his recommendations, you google online then you will know….. 6/ Max and his team member inspected the Hardwood floor material and identify a defective (Crack or scratch of the Hardwood floor) prior to the installation. My conclusions I am very happy with the outcome, I love my new office room, it is beautiful , and my wife loves her kitchen with a new Hardwood floor. Max and his team performed excellent JOB. I am a handy man, I watched many video clips from youtube, and read many articles how to install the hardwood floor. I also have most of the tools available to perform this Hardwood Installation. But after watched Max and His team performed the installation. Second thought, I prefer the professional installer (Maxamus Projects) to do it, and I am glad I hired Maxamus Projects to get the installation complete."

The attic insulation was old, worn out, and installed incorrectly. King Conservation gave me an estimate I was happy with and I agreed to having them do the work. They came in and air sealed the attic, removed the old insulation that was not needed, then installed new insulation properly. The team that came in were very professional and did a great work.
