She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. Her guys (3 of them) came out the following Friday, started before 8, and stayed until after 7. They worked their butts off! Our brick patio is PERFECT! We could not be more pleased! Honestly, we were in awe! Their service was awesome, the prices were very competitive, and the quality of their work is superb! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. And before they left, they cleaned everything up including a light pressure washing of our new patio, plus washing a brick path we had put in and a wash down of our shed! Hire them! I had a major concrete damage in my backyard done by another contractor which was a flood risk to my home and Vince from Gravity Builders came in and transformed my nightmare backyard into a beautiful haven-From ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. In addition, Vince pointed out the clean out pipe covered under the concrete before Gravity project took on my project which would have been a disaster if anything were to be clogged in the plumbing pipes. Vince communicated with me regularly to give me updates in the works or walk through to see if everything was coming along according to my expectations and wanted to be sure I was Happy. Gravity Builders went above and beyond, and I will recommend them over any other builder-contractors out there. I already got my neighbors, family and my Realter from Re/Max wowed seeing the job so well done from before and after scenes. In conclusion Vince and crew were God sent to me."
