Kristain was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water tank within 10 minutes. I did not need to replace the hot water tank like I had been told by another service. The blower needed condensation removed which solved the problem. The tank would have cost $2350. My wife and I are incredibly impressed with the ethical treatment we received and will become new customers of Mackin. We made arrangements for him to come the following morning between 8 and 10. He was promptly there at 8 AM., he quickly got to work, assess the situation and figure out the best way to solve my immediate problem, which was the furnace wasn?t working. He needed a few things so ran out to the local hardware. Once he got to work, he was finished and cleaned up within about 45 minutes. Furnace was back up and running, with a new breaker. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him to a friend or neighbor!"
