In the past they have installed storm windows and done other interior repairs. I love having them here. They are friendly, very polite, and professional. Had delays that were beyond Jim's control; rainy and cold weather, shingles had to be ordered and shipped, but when the conditions were favorable, he was working deligently. He explained what work was done at the end of the day and kept me advised on what he was planning on doing the next day. Very thorough and cleaned up at the end of every day. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight.
