"I hired Alpha Foundations 4 yrs ago and they did a fantastic job. Over time, some settling occurred in the same places, so I rang them. They had me in their system and worked to get me scheduled for a fix-up. When the time was too far out (it was only one week but I am trying to get my house on the market) and I asked for anything sooner, the office operations mgr Alison contacted the job site foreman Brandon to see if he could work me in. Amazingly, she called me back in an hour and said he would be able to get me in the very next day in between other jobs. In fact, Brandon then rang me up later that afternoon to confirm it would workout for me. I said yes, and then in the morning I got a text from him that he could be there earlier - I said 'sure'. Long story short, he was there in 15 mins, had the work completed by 8:30am, and checked with me the entire time to ensure I was happy with how he was doing the job. Best of all, there was no charge as we were still within the 5 yr period from the original work being done. I was super happy. This is a great team to deal with and in today's market its hard to find a good warranty that works! I'd recommend Alpha foundations for sure :)"
