"Action HAC was great. He was the second technician to look at our furnace which had stopped working intermittently. He was insistant that he didnt want to just start replacing parts even though the flash code was telling us that it was a specific part. So, he cleaned it out on his first trip and then returned when it stopped working again. Thankfully we didnt listen to the flash code, because to replace that part would have been $275 with another company and wouldnt have solved the problem. It turned out it was the board. We've now been with heat for a week, woohoo! Very knowledgable and very reasonably priced."
