"The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of personal service. Lastly, a separate project arose during this remodeling. This project had nothing to do with the original project. Chase handled the matter, the repair, (shed roof) was completed in one day. Exceptional people who treat you like family."

"My initial impression of Precision Door Service was during my first contact with the company. The receptionist was extremely informative and professional. She answered my questions and scheduled our first home appointment. The technician, Eric, called me 15 minutes before my appointment window to tell me that he would be running a little late within the latter part of the appointment window. I greatly appreciated that call because it allowed me to take care of home projects during the front end of my appointment time frame. The technician, Eric, called me to notify me the time of his arrival time within the latter part of the scheduled time window. After he arrived, I explained to him what our problem was and he provided answers to all my questions. Also, he provided me with a couple of estimates based on my questions. He then followed up with making the adjustment necessary to the door springs that I had initially requested. He was very respective and professional. He did a very good job!"
