"We had a clog in our house, where our washer was backing up into our tub and toilet, the Sunday before Christmas. I put in a request for an estimate on Home Advisor. Within 5 minutes, Order a Plumber called me,around 830am on Sunday morning. They advised someone would be here between 2-4. Eric and his assistant James appeared at 2pm. They diagnosed the problem as a cesspool pumping issue. They did not charge us for the diagnosis! They referred us to Rick Caiden who came 3 hours later to pump our cesspools, and snaked out a blockage in the main line. I want to say thank you so much to both businesses, for being fair, honest,punctual and professional. I will absolutely use both again.
