He came back to install my new faucet, found my water shut off (since I had no idea where it was on this house), and took care of the problem in the time he said he would! Nick cleaned up after himself, and even chased my dog with me when he decided to unexpectedly take off! Nick carried him home!, which was above and beyond any plumbing project! Iâ ll be calling Nick back to do more projects in my home soon. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs as well!"

We had a problem when the washing machine would drain it would drain right into the kitchen sink and bubble up and overflow with dirty washing machine water. He snaked it all the way to the main drain and even came back the next day because we then discovered our toilet was defective and leaking from the bottom the next morning. He advised us to return it to Home Depot and didn't charge us for coming back and replacing it. Very honest man willing to come anytime day or night without charging extra. Reasonably priced and just a good guy not trying to scam homeowners like many plumbers do."

"We had a clog in our house, where our washer was backing up into our tub and toilet, the Sunday before Christmas. I put in a request for an estimate on Home Advisor. Within 5 minutes, Order a Plumber called me,around 830am on Sunday morning. They advised someone would be here between 2-4. Eric and his assistant James appeared at 2pm. They diagnosed the problem as a cesspool pumping issue. They did not charge us for the diagnosis! They referred us to Rick Caiden who came 3 hours later to pump our cesspools, and snaked out a blockage in the main line. I want to say thank you so much to both businesses, for being fair, honest,punctual and professional. I will absolutely use both again. An absolutely wonderful experience at a time of the year where we really needed it!"
