"Mohd helped me get permits for a garage conversion AFTER I had already converted the garage without getting the permits. He came and drafted plans, submitted them to the city for me, and made revisions until I finally got approved. This was a months long process with lots of back and forth with the city. I'm very thankful for Mohd's professionalism and patience. He really was a Godsend. I needed the permits to get the HOA off my back. Getting this done has been such a load off of me. Hire him! He's worth every penny."
