"Our project initially involved the repair of an existing hard tile floor and installation of a tile backslash. After examining the cracked tile and mortar joints with the company, it was determined that there probably wasn't sufficient thin-set, the original job had not been done correctly and should be replaced. I agreed remembering that the company that did the original job had let an apprentice do the work while professional did another room that had heating coils involved. Sharp Tile & Stone was able to save & clean enough floor tile and along with a box of leftover tile from the original project put the floor back with the original pattern. The backsplash project was also done with the same expert skill as the floor redo.
