"I was shocked at how quickly responded to my request on Service Magic. I had 2 problems with my refrigerator - problem with water leaking after I installed the water filter and my water dispenser had not been working for quite awhile. I had called another company six months previous regarding the water dispenser problem and someone from another company came out and diagnosed the problem but told me he couldn't order the part and still charged me $69! I told Curtis what the problems were, gave him the model and serial numbers of the fridge. He came out on time and fixed both problems and I was pleased with what he charged. Very happy!"

He was quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the situation. Worked looked good as he had to end up having to dig up some pipes in the yard, because of a root running through the pipe. He finished the job very quickly, or at least I thought he completed it quickly."
