"After getting 7 estimates to remodel our basement and do some carpentry/electrical work upstairs my wife and I decided to use Alumni Builders. Most of the other companies said the job was too small or that there was not enough "profit" for them in the job, but from day one Dan was receptive to our needs, understood that we had a fairly tight budget and was very communicative. He was at the house each day to ensure the crew was doing what needed to be done and I have to say his guys were all super friendly, clean and did fantastic work. He even sent his painter back to the house to finish up some calking work after final payment was made which just goes to show he is a man of his word....something that is not all that common these days. We will definitely use him again in the future for any of our projects and I would highly recommend him."
