"After buying a new condo, inspections left with a challenging project to replace a leaky old shower. Gil was recommended to me by my agent, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Responsive and thorough, Gil and his team went through the unit top to bottom to locate issues created by the old leaks and provided me multiple solutions based on my budget. We ended up doing mold remediation, termite control, and repiping of the unit. It was a lot of work, and the entire time Gil remained reassuring and accessible. Gil did all that work and finally installed the new shower, and it's fantastic!"

"Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation.
