"They missed the first appointment but that was a RUSH and really had to do with miscommunication. But we got off to a bad start. But they came again twice, reimbursed me for the missed appointment and did a great job. Actually stopped the leak while the water was coming through the wall. They did a combination of both the EPOXY under pressure and old fashioned chisel and hammer and cement. They are good - friendly and responsible. And best of all they got the job done"
