"I contracted with Jocia Construction to do major repairs on a recently purchased home that was in a state of disrepair. The project included, among other things, installing solar tubes/sky lights in two room, re-modeling the sunroom, painting the entire interior of the home and replacing flooring though-out the entire home. There were additional items that came up as the project went on, John and Trisha listened to what I requested, if it was something not advisable they explained why and helped find a solution to my satisfaction. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. All debris was removed each day. They kept the schedule we agreed to. I have recommended them to friends who are equally as pleased with their work. Jocia Construction goes above and beyond to be sure their clients are happy. Their work is top notch."

"Scott did such an amazing job on our home remodel. We turned an open room into an office gym. He build the walls for us to close on the room and ripped out the carpet and laid LVP and also hung our metal and glass barn doors. He did a couple other side jobs for us by ripping out the old closets for a closet company to come in and install. He did a great job in a timely manner."
