"I highly recommend Karla and KC Crew! She was so easy to work with and did everything she said she would within the time frame she promised me. I put in all new floors, removed a wall, complete kitchen remodel, and partial bathroom remodel, paint, and electrical. She completed the entire job, punch list, and all in 6 weeks. When problems came up and they do in a remodel of this size Karla was so calm and took care of everything. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Karla and KC Krew. "Alex the owner is wonderful to deal with. He communicates daily on the status of the job. He was not the cheapest, but his experience sold me . He knows what he is doing and only wants the job to be done perfectly. He just installed a 20 X 22â patio cover on our backyard and we couldnâ t be happier. He had it permitted and approved by the city of Chandler. It matches the stucco of our home perfectly. Alex knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him. In fact I already have!"

"Wow! I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! The hard work professionalism & quality is unmatched! Anthony stopped in about 6pm to follow up & make sure all was good."

"I love my new kitchen, and had a very positive experience with Guerin & Sons Construction. I had gotten several quotes as I was planning my kitchen remodel, and they provided me with the most options to choose from, which I appreciated, and they offered a competitive price. Throughout the project, there was always communication and updates, and transparency, and I love the final results. I had my entire kitchen gutted and they did the cabinets, counters, sink/plumbing, tile, and painting. Would highly recommend, and would use again for future projects."
