The work was done in an extremely professional and clean manner. Chris went out of his way to level out the bottom of my sink cabinet for no extra charge. The following morning we noticed a drip that turned out Not to be from Rapid's work. My wife called, Chris was there in an hour and replaced a faucet connector which was completely unrelated to the work he performed the previous day. Chris did not Charge for that repair. "I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. What a guy!!!"
