"I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with the service provided by Balteza Property Service! My husband and I were so tired of the way our bedroom was position. The door to the bedroom opens straight into our bed and directly into the bathroom. We always had to be very careful when opening the door making sure not to expose each other when coming in and out. After 4 years of dealing with this, we decided to start getting quotes and ideas on how to resolve this issue. We called several companies, some didnâ t respond, others promised an estimate and we never heard back.  After trying one last time as (we almost give up), we came across Balteza Property. Bledar responded right away in a very friendly manner and was very flexible with our times to meet. When he came by to give us the estimate it was him and his brother Vasil. They were both very respectful of our home and ourselves. They remember our names right away and they made sure to call us by them every time. By the end of the visit, we knew we wanted to move on with the project. The project turned out better than expected. The door was removed, and the hole was made part of the wall so seemingly. The entire thing looks like it was there the whole time. No sign of a door ever being there shows. The door was then open via our closet, kind of odd for a master bedroom toe be in a closet, yes, but believe me this makes 100% more sense on how the design of the bed is. We can now utilize wasted space which I hate.   Any project that has to be done on any living space itâ s never easy. Which I am very impress on how well the team managed this with minimum inconvenience to us. They entire process was great, they make sure to be as careful as they can be, setting up for the project and cleaning every time they left. Again, always respectful. Also, the communication as the project advance was clear always. I also wasnâ t to give shoutouts to Vasil, because my husband and I made so many changes, and he was so kind and did everything we asked with a smile.  I truly recommend them for any project you have. We will  be calling them back for other projects we have."

"Alex was recommended by The Tile Shop in Sterling to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. We met with Alex, received a very competitive quote, and hired his company. His people removed the existing 29 year old tiles and Durock subflooring, installed the new tiles, installed new baseboards and moulding, and prepped and painted the walls and trim. Alejandro was primarily responsible for removal of the old tile/Durock and installation of the new Wedi subflooring; Kevin was in charge of the painting; Freddy handled tile installation; and Jose was responsible for touch up work. The entire job took slightly over a week, and Alex arrived everyday to ensure that the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. The entire team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Also, at the conclusion of the project, Alex sent in a cleaning crew to clean ensure the entire first level of the house. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan to hire Alexâ s crew to do additional projects in our home. We have had quite a few companies do work in our home during the past 27 years and weâ ve never worked with a better company than District Renovations. Simply put, if youâ e planning a home renovation project - particularly tile work and painting - you cannot choose a better company."

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."
