"I spoke with Mr. Pratt on Saturday morning and he told me he could accommodate me as his last appointment of the day. He came to our house on Saturday evening. He arrived about 7:30 PM and fixed our air conditioning system that night. He left about 11:30 PM. He was good and he was thorough and explained to us exactly the problem. I have a home warranty on my house and the company that the home warranty sent to me kept changing their price until I finally told them not to come to my home anymore. I then called one of the large and well-known HVAC companies in the area. They gave me a price of $3300 to which I said no.
