"Had them remove and install a new toilet for my bathroom. Aaron and his crew came to do the work. I had bought my own toilet at lowes and apparently got talked into buying a really difficult toilet to install. They were nice enough to honor the price despite the difficult toilet and did a great job on the install. I really appreciated them wearing shoe covers inside our home as well. Will be using them again for future jobs."

Plumbing
"We discovered a gas leak in our home late Sunday evening somewhere behind our kitchen stove. We called Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill, SC and discussed our issue with the Owner Mr. Jason Smith, who immediately sent a technician (Mr. Michael C) to help us with our issue the very next morning at 8:00am sharp. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be or how long it would take to fix our gas leak problem. However, Michael helped us by quickly pinpointing where the leak was located and finding a solution to resolve it. To my surprise, the owner (Mr. Jason Smith) even went out of his way to locate a needed spare part and personally bring it to Michael to finish the job. The professionalism and teamwork this company provides for their customers goes above and beyond. Michael also answered all our questions with detailed explanation to give us peace of mind. Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill is now my go-to for anything remotely plumbing or gas related!!!"

"I had an amazing experience with Plumbing Paramedics! They installed a new water heater for me, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless after the installation. It?s clear they take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction. I couldn?t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks for the fantastic service!"

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
