John was very thorough, going above-and-beyond in so many ways: patiently explaining the leveling process (my first experience living in a mobile home) and what work was required; reviewing with me the many pictures he had taken while examining the structural underpinnings of the mobile home; even repairing the skirting damaged by a less-then-responsible cable/Internet â  guyâ  ! Cleaned up after themselves, like they had never been there. Replaced the washer and dryer without scratching the newly installed tiles. Overall, did a excellent job.
