He diagnosed our refrigerator problem right away and ordered parts to fix it, then came back as soon as they came in to install them. The whole experience was a treat, so grateful we had a chance to meet him. Former military who also worked as a VA health professional, now a pastor who loves his church, his family and his country. He fixed water damage under the kitchen sink and installed a garbage disposal. When my wife hated the disposal I had picked out, he came back the next day to replace it with another one we like much better and even found a great solution by adding an air switch.
