"I got 5 windows installed on the front of my townhouse. Windows on Washington were professional from the start. Greg did a great job showing me their window options and they do use excellent quality windows (I reviewed the windows online myself). The installation went very smoothly, except one of the windows came with the 8x8 grid pattern instead of 6x6; once I noticed the mistake and told the installer, he called the office right away and they ordered the correct one to have it replaced within a few minutes. One thing to note is that the whole process takes a while, since they are custom windows that have to be ordered and made. For me, it took about 2 months total from the consultation through the installation (early July to early September). Perhaps if you order in the winter, the manufacturer would be able to make the windows quicker."

"Hired to paint main floor of the house. Crew was on time, courteous and extremely quiet, often forgot they were working in the house. Didn't damage anything, all furniture and wall hanging replaced exactly as found, and cleaned up after the work. Work went so well, we immediately hired them to paint the second floor, install ceiling fans, pressure wash and paint deck and build a closet. Second round of work was of the exact same superior performance. Will definately be calling them back in the Spring to do additional work for us."
