Completed the work in a day. Left his equipment to purify the air for 2 days. Returned and picked up his equipment and payment. Also took post surface and air test. I was approached by one mitigation company, which explained the what but not the why. They also asked for a sizable down payment. This is when I realized I was being sold, not helped. Then I met Javier from Storm Masters. He explained the WHY and was patient with me. The work they did was so in-depth and professional! During the process, Elvira from the office was in daily contact with me, even emailing me with daily work reports.
