As soon as I met Paul, I felt comfortable with him and as though I could trust him to provide a fair price on replacement windows for our condo. In the end, there were extensive difficulties caused by our home owners association and I was very fortunate to be working with Paul to get the job done. He was infinitely patient and flexible with us. He interacted directly with our HOA and its contract engineer to find a solution to the HOA's unreasonable requirements for window installation. I can't thank him enough for the time and extra effort and cost he incurred as a result of these unforeseen problems. The product that he delivered was installed quickly and I can already tell that the windows are a big upgrade for our home."

"For anyone looking to get waterproofing done in their home: I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally but failed in my attempts. I then decided to finally fix the problem and get my basement waterproofed. Being relatively new to Delaware, I put in a request to get free estimates. I had a few companies come out to look at it and narrowed my choices down. I was down to Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) and Basement Gurus. The difference was the representative from Basement Gurus had a more natural approach and took the time to ask numerous questions, as the other representatives asked little to no questions. The Basement Gurus representative suggested to fix internally AND externally, plus they even added a lateral system in my basement. No other company felt to even thought of a lateral systems or external drainage, or to even ask about it. I could not speak more highly of the representative and his team at Basement Gurus, they took the time to explain every step and the process before and during the installation to keep me involved with what was going on. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they *did not play games* for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold-resistant drywall. "Excellent job! Replaced my whole roof and installed new gutters, the ones I won't have to get up on a ladder to Clean!! All in ONE DAY!! The crew was polite, friendly, Very hard working! They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. "Fernando and his team were a pleasure to work with! We had 14 windows that needed to be installed, 4 custom panels built under the windows on the front of the house, and 8 dormers in our roof that we wanted to update per a custom design we had to replace the exisiting siding with Azek trim. Express Builders came out to take the necessary measurements and responded within 1 day to give us a quote with a very reasonable price. Throughout the time they were at our house, Fernando was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the materials and worked with us to make sure his team's work met the design we had provided. He worked closely with us to make sure the first dormer was right and then his team was able to replicate the same for the remaining 7 dormers. We absolutely love how much better the house looks after Express Builders helped us with the work we needed to be done! Definitely recommend them to others!"
