"My 8-year old Refrigerator stopped cooling. Home Systems returned my phone call within the hour, and scheduled appointment for next day. The serviceman David was courteous and efficient; and he quickly diagnosed the problem (fortunately, not the compressor!) Parts were ordered and installed the very next day. The service price was very reasonable, which was offset by the service call fee. Very reliable company. I've already shared Home Systems' phone number with several neighbors."

"We are repeat clients of Mr. Appliance of Sewell. This was a separate appliance (clothes washer) but we were fortunate to have the same technician, Tomasz, who greatly helped with our refrigerator early this past year. A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming. Thank you for another outstanding customer experience!"
