"Blue Ridge Construction built a custom trellis for me in my backyard last week. I highly recommend them. Zach, the owner, was great to work with. I was lucky that he had an opening in his schedule for a small job, otherwise I would have had to wait quite awhile since he is busy and does lots of large scale jobs. He gave me a fair price estimate on Tuesday and the crew built it on Thursday. From beginning contact to completion his communications were top notch, answering my questions, discussing details of materials and design, and final wrap-up. His builders Guillermo and Hydal were excellent. They had to create the curved corbels on-site, and they fined-tuned every detail of the trellis with me as they built. "DreamStyle Remodeling installed a new shower in my master bath. Sean came out to measure for the new shower and while here helped me find out what to do when I got bit by a tiny scorpion. He showed empathy and concern and offered to assist in anyway including taking me to urgent care if necessary. Fortunately, I didn't need additional care. When the shower materials were received, a time was scheduled for the install, and Max and David showed up on time. Throughout the 2-day process, both Max and David were efficient and walked me through the various steps they were taking. They laid cloths down for walkways and blocked off the area to prevent dust spreading into the bedroom. The project was completed earlier than expected even after they cleaned up everywhere. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process from the salesman Gary to the office personnel keeping me abreast of the order, to the completion. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and didn't try to up-sell me on anything which I really appreciated. And best of all....no more grout!!"
