He took pictures and showed me the mess of buildup and problems. I was sold, and scheduled him for the following available time. Not only did he show up on time, he cleaned up and was nice enough to take all my gutter "gifts" with him. He also, per my asking, laid out gutter screens to keep the leaves out. Awesome!!!!"
