"EM Property Maintenance and Dale gave quick and responsive service throughout the projects. Timing was critical because downtime was involved for kitchen and dining areas. Work was done carefully. The challenge came in matching old paint. This could not be done precisely because of age. It was accomplished to a high degree of painting skill and care. He was meticulous and thorough; two qualities very necessary to this type of work. He caulked and painted everything he installed plus some already existing baseboard. The completed project is beautiful, elegant, and expertly finished. And, he was very nice to be around, listened carefully and fulfilled our requests. All in all, a great job.
