He was meticulous and thorough; two qualities very necessary to this type of work. He caulked and painted everything he installed plus some already existing baseboard. "EM Property Maintenance and Dale gave quick and responsive service throughout the projects. Timing was critical because downtime was involved for kitchen and dining areas. Work was done carefully.
