If you've gone through the process before there's always something new to learn especially with the different shingle manufacturer companies. Adam and all the crew were easy to work with, no pressured sales by all means. You have to become aware some companies will switch out a very important part of your roofing system, the underlayment, but not this honest company. I was given a few houses to drive by of roofs they installed to check out colors in person which was extremely helpful for making my choice. I looked at videos on YouTube about Owens Corning roof vents, instillation, and warranties. Later I called Owens Corning to ask questions about their warranties and transfers...which I am pleased to say I was able to talk directly to someone there. Precision pulled a permit even though it is not needed in my county (imagine that!). They were very adaptable to your schedule/timing and friendly all around. Any questions were answered. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs especially knowing the difficulty of my roof line with multiple additions on a over century house. Let's just say the people who have been driving by my remote small town talking folk have slowed down just to take a look at the incredible change the new roof made to this old house.
