"I needed new gutters and found Keefer Construction and Remodeling April 2025. Kevin Keefer came out inspected and gave me cost kind estimate. The two day job went really well and I am totally happy with the result. Now there's a part two that is because I was really happy with the gutters and found out they did other work in August and had him come out and do two sets of windows and patio doors installation. The work was done really well and even though a few unforeseen glitches had to be dealt with the work was still completed in a shorter time frame than originally estimated and the cost overrun was reasonable. I was also kept informed about what was happening and the cleaned up after themselves. Keefer is a family owned business. The window work was done by his Father that goes by the name Harvey and his two sons, Kevin and Cameron together two of their employees. They are very skilled at the work that they do and even more important they care about the work that they do I know I will be calling them them for my next project."

"I had bids as high as $25,000. Shawn cleaned out the existing gutters to see what shape they were in. They were fine, but overflowing because of debris & inadequate downspout drainage. He fixed the dry rot underneath, added 6 downspouts, installed highly-reviewed gutter-guards to exclude debris, and did it all in 2 days even with my wasp-infested gutters. He was on-time, thorough, and he charged me exactly what he said -- less than $5,000. He expects these gutters will last more than 10 years -- there's no rust, they just were not draining correctly. We will see what the rains bring, but I'm really happy I met Shawn. He also recommended a great painter as well. I would hire him again in a minute, but I hope that the gutter problem is now fixed and that I won't have to."
