"Mike welcomed any questions before and after installation. Mike and Rick worked together sealing gaps around the light fixture and ensuring that both bathroom vents were sealed and routed properly. I selected Owens Corning lifetime R60 (blown in). Afterwards, the temperature inside was 73 degrees during the night, and 74-73 degrees next day with air and heat turned off. I believe it would have been 69-70 degrees prior to the install. I expect to notice an improved comfort level during the forthcoming winter months. The cleaned up was superb. Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. "I love supporting small, locally owned businesses. We have a two car garage with two openers. John returned my request for services promptly. What I especially appreciated was that he was willing to provide an estimate on the phone after asking some good clarifying questions. He also explained the basis for his estimate and what might influence him to change it after he saw the job in person. After he arrived he was very open about what he was seeing snd what that meant related to the cost. More importantly, he explained the benefits of fixing versus replacing. Most importantly, he explained the options in a way that didn't seem to push me in one direction or another... I had two good options. As I mentioned, we have two openers. He assessed both and decided only one needed attention. We decided to replace problematic opener. Once the work was done he made sure both remotes were synced. John explained how to operate both openers and remotes. He had us put in our own passcodes in a way that preserved our privacy. Finally, he explained the equipment warranty, as well as his own additional coverage. It is at least as good as the warranty offered by "the big guys."
