"After a little back and forth to properly define the project, LG came back with an excellent proposal that included pressure washing and sealing our entire walkway and patio on top of repairing the 50ft section that was chewed up and rough. Gary was very honest about what the repair work would be and how long it would last since we were just putting on a top coat instead of pouring a new slab. The workers did a great job, cleaned up the area prior to work and after they were finished. Even came back the next day to repair a section that someone wrote some graffiti on at no charge. Having them come back to quote work on our roof and gutters."

"Responded immediately to my call. Arrived promptly on the same day. Performed a sample act of their service on my brickwork do that I could see the expected results and decide for myself. Let me think about it overnight. My bricks are badly stained due to vine growth so it would be impossible to have them perfect. But the result was better than I expected them. It was great to see a free sample of their work before I decided. I would highly recommend Andrew and his crew."

"John is an extremely detailed individual. He doesn't hesitate to contact at a moment's notice and our HOA never had a problem getting a hold of him. His workers were trustworthy and respectful of all units they had to access during the project. His team worked quickly and we were all impressed at how fast the jobs were completed. We have a finished product now and it looks amazing, much better than before. On top of that, John's prices were very fair and he was able to work with us on a payment schedule that worked for the individual owners of our building. "Simon and Sons is a great family owned business. I contacted for an assesment to clean or replace our gutters. They Respinded immediately via Angie's List. Showed up on time for a review and to provide an estimate. I found the estimate to be reasonable and realistic given history of the home and other estimates received. I respected they prefer a visual assessment and not use google earth to provide an estimate as one company chose to do. They showed up on time and cleaned up leaving the property as they found it. In some instances better, We discussed ongoing maintenance going forward. They will be this home owners contractor for all things Roofing and Gutter related. I am quite please with the excellent work and customer service. Observing their work ethic has also earned another client from my neighbor. Well done Simon and Sons"
