"Me and my wife hired modern build solutions for a foundation repair, we live in university park our house was pretty uneven they installed 45 piers and the house feels like much better. "We had some heavy work done. They opened up our 1960’s house with a massive beam to give us a large open living space. They also totally changed our closets to give us a main bedroom walk-in that we can really enjoy. They took care of all the permits and hired the sub contractors to get the job done. We will be using them again when we go farther into making this old house our loved home."
