"Fair and Square did a fantastic job helping me with my new home. They installed molding around the entire first floor of my home, and Kyle (the owner) even suggested a prettier molding than I had planned, that was the same cost and I was unaware existed. They patched a couple of walls beautifully, so much so I wasn't even sure where they had fixed when I was looking at the repairs. They also did some tuck pointing and crack sealing for me since my brick home needed a little TLC. Kyle and his crew were meticulous, made sure to walk around the house with me and discuss exactly what I wanted and after completion did the same to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. Not only that, they are maybe the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything completely, and the house was cleaner than when they started. I will for sure only be trusting Fair and Square with any of my home improvement/home renovation plans in the future and would whole heartedly suggest them to anyone."

"Eric at K&E Home Improvements remodeled my Master bath which included flipping the drab tub/shower into an amazing walk-in shower with bench. I cannot say enough about Eric s expertise starting with demo to carpentry, tiling, drywall and painting. His work ethic is incredible; he is prompt, dependable and flexible. Eric constantly communicated with me in regards to the entire project, making sure I was l happy with the results. However, I was not happy But Thrilled ! I was so impressed and comfortable with Eric that I had him remodel my second bath and a half bath. Eric does not disappoint ! He completed all three in less than 8 weeks ! I will definitely be calling on Eric to remodel my lower level including another half bath. I look forward to begin my next project and working with Eric ! Thank you Home Advisors"

"Rick was the most responsive contractor we have ever dealt with. He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. "If you are looking for a contractor who is very experienced, does consistently high quality and exacting work, and who is reasonable, pleasant and easy to work with, then Drew Johns is your man. We have hired Drew to do a variety of jobs, large and small, inside and outside, over a period of almost ten years, and he does not disappoint. He has done plumbing and electrical work, painting, patio-screen and wooden frame replacement, deck-staining, installation of fixtures, fans and outdoor railings, construction of a very large closet, and various types of repair work around our home, e.g. plaster, house wooden trim, doors, chairs, tables, etc. We appreciate not only his skill level and breadth of knowledge, but that he is professional, respectful, prompt, a really good communicator and honest, i.e. has qualities and character that are not easy to find these days, but are very important to us. Perhaps above all, we fussy folks are always very pleased with the end result of his work and his thorough clean-up after each work session leading to completion of the larger project. Soon, he will begin a basement remodeling project for us, involving new ceiling and flooring, trim work, wooden beam creation and brick and electrical work. We hire him time and time again because we trust him completely. He does things correctly and does not corners but offers options. Drew is our go-to guy. We rely on him and are so grateful to have found him.
