We were informed every step of the way about what was going to happen on the next day, who was going to show up, and what time they were going to be here. , Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately-as in that same day. Mike's attention to detail was amazing, he is laser focused on achieving an excellent final product yet flexible enough to listen to our ideas too.
