I was impressed from the beginning, as Israel provided the most detailed and thorough estimate I received from any of the companies I got bids from - everything was itemized so I knew what I was paying for. While they weren't the cheapest bid, I also think you get what you pay for and we wanted a quality job at a reasonable price, which is exactly what we got.
