"Jay came in at a time of need and felt our pain for our bathroom situation, a 5 month long headache - he made our bathroom a goal to have completed before the new year and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have a completed bathroom, but thanks to Jay our bathroom will be completed before the end of the year! Jay was willing to work with our budget and our schedule. Jay was willing to let us finish the cosmetic things that we wanted to finish and he did not push us to have him finish them for us but in the end we will be bringing him back to finish some cosmetic details. "We decided that our bathroom needed to have the existing tile removed and replaced with something more modern. Sayed provided a detailed quote with a reasonable price for each work component. He showed up on time on the day we agreed. His first action was to tape down protective paper from the entry door, hallway, stairs, to the bathroom. This, in itself, was a refreshing change from other workers (e.g., painters) we have hired in the past. At the start of the project, we agreed that Sayed would provide the materials for a given price. Even so, he made multiple trips to our house to show samples of the wall and floor tiles. He was very patient through the selection/design process making several excellent suggestions that nailed down the final look. The work performed was excellent and, for an agreed price several extras were done including the careful removal (and later reinstallation) of the existing custom-made vanity that had been integrated into the old tiles. Lastly, Sayed and his assistant cleaned up the work area each evening and, jury-rigged the shower several times to allow us to take a shower before he arrived the next day. In short, we highly recommend Sayed for any project that involves tile."

"Eddie is a total professional. Came for estimate AND job exactly when he said he world (Astonishing....) Did a beautiful job of cleaning and applying a new color seal. Also removed tile in shower stall to replace rotten wood and blueboard with new cement board. I didn't know such a result was possible without putting down a whole new tile floor or wall. Courteous, pride in work. Eddie has old school values, and is a master of this type of tile work. Great guy, great job. Highly recommend."

"Wilmer’s teammate replaced bullhead door, replaced some part of stairs, sanded , stained and painted all stairs. Wilmer communicated very well with me, repeatedly advised what need to do about the new paint smell and future maintenance of stairs and door. We already experienced several heavy rain showers after replacing bullhead door, NO leaks at all. good job !"
