"Our experience with Excellent Construction was great from start to finish. We were given a very fair estimate, that was extremely detailed, laying out what would be covered under the contract and the items we would need to purchase. The crew arrived at 8 am and left at 5 pm, as promised. They do very nice work and kept the work space as clean as possible. They were careful not to track dirt into the other areas of our house. The whole process was very fluid because members of the crew were certified electricians and plumbers, so there was no waiting on any specialists, the crew handled it all, except for the countertop and carpet at the very end. The project was done in the exact time that we were promised. We were surprised at how fast it all was done. Jolanta was attentive to the progress of the process, and there was also a crew member who was very helpful with deciding the many details that needed attention. Jolanta and the crew were courteous and a joy to work with. We are very happy with the results! We would recommend them to family and friends, and we plan on using them for future projects."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
