"Alex is a go-getter, first of the Angi recommended repair people to reach out shortly after I put in my request. He was able to swing by for diagnostics quickly to see what part needed replacement, and even though the supply house was closed for the evening he went above and beyond and was able to track down a part to get the furnace up and running so I didn't have to freeze for the night. While he was performing the repairs/ service he humored me asking general questions about my HVAC system and was quite knowledgeable. He left the area tidier than it was when he arrived, and talked me through additional preventative maintenance items to keep an eye on to keep the system running at peak performance, even covering a few items on the air conditioner side to look out for in the spring/summer when I fire that up next (it is winter now). Would definitely recommend!"
