"In need of insulation in our lower level bedroom (where there was NONE!), I cold-called USA Insulation in search of information. The fellow on the phone was fantastic, friendly, and conversational. He gave me the low-down quickly and answered my basic questions in a laid-back manner. The rep that came out was just as amazing. He was very informative, handled his examination quickly, and most importantly of all, ZERO pressure and NO sense of someone just trying to close a sale. The gal with whom I spoke to confirm the appointment was SUPER friendly and thanked me for calling back due to missing her call. Lastly, the crew who did the work ROCKED it! In and out in 90 minutes, respected our space, and even vacuumed the ENTIRE bedroom when the work was done! On top of all that, impeccable manners and friendliness, offering his name immediately and saying it was nice to meet me! Wow!! I would go to USA Insulation again in a HEARTBEAT, and wouldn't hesitate AT ALL to recommend! 10/10 A+++!"

"I had heard nightmare stories about finding a good contractor, so, when after 3 days of trying, my husband could not get our floors installed, I accessed Angi's and kept my fingers crossed. I requested bids from 5 different companies and CFB Construction contacted me almost immediately. I spoke with Crandal and he scheduled an appointment the next day. He said he would be at our house between 12 and 12:30 and he arrived promptly at noon. He spent over an hour with us assessing the situation, gave us a very reasonable bid and said he could get our floors installed the following week. He and his crew arrived on time for the scheduled installation and completed the project in 2 days. Crandal and his crew are all very personable, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They paid attention to the smallest of details and our floors look amazing. We are remodeling an older townhome, so I know we will be using his services again. I highly recommend CFB Construction...we just wish we would have found him sooner!"
