"Melendez Renovations, LLC is operated by Juan Melendez. I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

"I appreciated Brothers Pavers unparalleled work ethic, high quality workmanship, and reasonable price. They remedied another contractors substandard installation job, greatly improving drainage and extending the life of my driveway and sidewalk. They did a similar project for my neighbor who is also very satisfied. Brothers Pavers definitely knows their craft and I have plans to use them for a remodel project - tiling my bathroom in the near future."

"Vinnie runs a top-shelf business where it is clear that Iâ m the connection between short-term customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. The quality of the job done was above and beyond. For example, the crew recognized the need for the area below our deck to be blown out. Though this wasnâ t part of our request (and therefore not part of the quote), they did this and cleared all the leaves and junk. The supervisor was extraordinarily professional and took the time to get to know us. In what has become an commoditized business, all these things went a long way with us."

"Absolutely incredible. I was so impressed by the quality of the work! My 30 year old stone walkway looks like new. Not only was the work superb, but they took the time to make sure they left the work site clean and spoke with my husband and I to be sure we were satisfied. I could not be happier, thank you!!!!"

"Corad Construction's work was done to perfection and we are deeply grateful and appreciative of how well Cornel, who owns Corad Construction, put himself into this project to ensure we'd love it. And we absolutely do love it and have gotten many compliments. We highly recommend him. We chose Cornel to do our major project because he came to our first interview having done his homework, and, because he does the work himself. He knew what design would best compliment our home's style and offered suggestions on how best to do the job. And, he did the work himself so there was no subcontracting. He is proficient in his work. Our project was, in part, to build a front walkway which curved up to a concrete front porch, with a flare ending at the porch landing, and, which began with a flair from the driveway. It also included rebuilding the concrete porch by pouring concrete over it to make it properly (the original builder never attached the landing to the house!) safe and attached to the house, going down several feet with concrete. He built up the porch landing with concrete, enlarging it, and covered it with gorgeous slate. He built concrete steps with slate covering and used beautiful slate to serve as veneer on all sides of the porch, including the steps. I cannot say enough or use words to do justice to express my witness of his strong and sincere dedication to ensure this job was done properly and professionally. His assistant was hard working and professional. Cornel kept us in the loop all along the way with the progress he was making and asked us for our feedback and decision making. Never rushing us in our decision making. In this day and age, to find such a professional who has the dedication to do the job well and with pride, and, to ensure we are happy, is rare. It exists in Corad Construction a hundred fold. We trusted Cornel would do the job exceptionally well, within budget, and to our great satisfaction. He told me ensuring the customer was happy was very important to him and I believe it guided his work. There are those who come to bid on a job who have no knowledge of how the work is done. They are salespeople. And then there is Corad Construction who does the work himself with precision and quality AND values his customers. His dedication to us was unrivaled. One rainy night he brought me slate samples since I could never see them myself at the shop in the daylight. He explained his recommendations well and made sure I understood the decisions I was making by being well-informed. He has been doing this work for many years and has been successful throughout. He came to our first appointment ready with ideas that would make our project as successful and beautiful as it turned out to be. As I mentioned, we needed our front walkway redone and our small, concrete porch landing enlarged and built up. Also, we needed several old bushes removed as they were in the way of the walkway that was to come. His ideas of how best to do the work made sense and put my husband and me at ease, knowing he knew what he was doing and would do the work with utmost professionalism and profound skill. And our happiness was always paramount to him. You will be in tremendously good hands with Corad Construction. And so very pleased with his amazing work. His resultant efforts have added value to our home and is a show stopper to those who drive by. Corad Construction is the one with whom to contract for excellent, exceedingly well-done work, with the customer's satisfaction at the heart of his efforts."
